This class follows the same format as a PodFlow class but adds the elements of heat and humidity. Class sequences are diverse and vary from teacher to teacher, however all classes will focus on proper alignment techniques and safe and intelligent progressions. Previous experience with vinyasa yoga is highly recommended before attending a HotFlow class, as the added heat and humidity will be more physically challenging.
This heated flow class ranges between 90-94 degrees with added humidity of 40% and classes are 60 or 75 minutes long. Please bring a towel and water.
